Project Manager

Power Construction is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall management for pre-construction activities and ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year construction-related degree or equivalent and 5-10 years of experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.

Requirements

• Develop and strengthen client relations
• Accurately estimate projects from conceptual through construction documents
• Responsible for overall bidding activities on projects
• Negotiate, award, write, and enforce contracts
• Maintain Subcontractor relations
• Coordinate office departments support as required for project needs
• Coordinate all close-out activities on a timely basis
• Perform additional assignments per clients or management's direction
