Provide detailed estimates based on past individual experience and department production guidelines provided, and support field throughout construction phase, and closeout projects at completion. The role requires self-motivation, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 4-year construction-related degree or equivalent
- 4 years of experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance and management required
- Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
