Job Description
The Engineering Technical Director will serve as the senior technical expert for complex electrical systems across project types, setting technical direction and providing subject matter expertise from concept through construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 12+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with extensive involvement in large-scale projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, backup power systems, load analysis, and system coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC, IBC, IECC, NFPA, and life safety codes.
- Experience with Revit.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interface with clients, consultants, and executive leadership.
- Highly detail-oriented, quality-driven, and capable of leading within a fast-paced environment.
