Job Description
We’re looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of Salesforce and run with it. This role is equal parts developer and consultant, responsible for managing the configuration, development, and overall functionality of Salesforce across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 7-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development, implementation, and integration experience
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience supporting user training and driving system adoption
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize independently with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of data integrity, security, and system best practices
- Ability to exercise confidentiality, sound judgment, and ownership in decision-making
- Salesforce certifications (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
