Paid Advertising Strategist

We are a tech-enabled growth firm looking for a Paid Advertising Strategist to join our team. As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their book of business.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
• 1-2 years of experience in an agency setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Search Engine Marketing
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
