Paid Social Strategist

We are looking for a creative and energetic full-time Paid Social Strategist to join our team with a passion for performance marketing and team management. The ideal candidate will have experience in TikTok and Meta Ads platforms and be able to lead and execute upon a paid social strategy that helps reach a business' overarching goals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience
• 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus
• 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns
• 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts
• 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus
• 1 year experience client facing and handling communications
• Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features
• Excellent data analytics skills
