The Cardiac Anesthesia and ICU Specialist will provide expert anesthesia care for surgical and diagnostic procedures, manage critically ill patients in the ICU, and lead critical care management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical experience in anesthesia and critical care management
- Experience in the management of high-risk patients, including those with cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological conditions in the ICU
- Doctoral degree in any related field
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in the delivery of general, regional, and local anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
- Proficiency in managing critically ill patients in the ICU, including those with complex respiratory, cardiovascular, and multisystem conditions
- Expertise in performing advanced life support procedures, including cardiac resuscitation, the use of mechanical circulatory support devices, and crisis management in critically ill patients
- Advanced knowledge of invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring techniques and their application in managing critically ill patients
- Advanced skills in providing sedation, pain management, and analgesia, particularly for postoperative patients and those requiring prolonged ventilation
