The Commercial Manager provides commercial management support to the project commercial team and optimizes commercial interests for the business through Company processes and procedures. - Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous professional development.
- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.
