Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards relevant to the industry
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential health, safety, and environmental risks in the workplace
- Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes, analyze contributing factors, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance
- Skill in developing and delivering HSE training programs and initiatives to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders
