The HSE Officer assists to perform execution of safety practices and procedures, including implementation of Project HSE plan, task analysis, evaluation of hazardous and risk conditions, and investigation of accidents/incident.
Requirements
- Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met
- Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans
- Provide trainings to workers on HSE related subjects
- Ensure that existing hazards, unsafe work conditions and/or practices are identified on a daily basis
- Provide data on daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor and track HSE performance
- Orient employees with accident reporting procedures and how to act in case of emergencies
- Conduct daily tool box talk (TBT) to notify safety precautionary measure prior deployment of work at site
- Ensure that 100 % of employees had passed site induction training before commencing the work
- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution
