IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall functions to ensure a stable operation of the organization's infrastructure. The position also leads IT projects efficiently and effectively and supports the Company's users with Company communication and IT infrastructure and systems.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their IT needs and priorities
• Lead IT projects and initiatives
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
• Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to IT staff
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in IT
• Represent the IT department in meetings and discussions with senior management
