Lead Structural Engineer

The Lead Structural Engineer is responsible for structural and foundation design, technical analysis, and/or resolution of engineering problems, and also supervises the documentation of the structural drawings in coordination with the architectural and MEP works.

Requirements

• Technical guidance and mentorship to structural engineering teams
• Collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Conducting structural analysis using advanced software tools
• Managing and coordinating structural engineering tasks, schedules, and budgets
• Performing site visits and inspections
• Evaluating and recommending innovative structural solutions
• Acting as a technical liaison between the structural engineering team and other project disciplines
• Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering
• Supporting the implementation of HSE initiatives
• Preparing reports, designs, and drawings
• Knowledge of STAAD Software
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Practical knowledge and ability in Structural Engineering design and construction
• Working knowledge of Auto Cad or other drafting software
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
• Knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering
• Good level of previous facade engineering design experience
