Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coordinates maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other outlet requirements, ensuring continuity of operations in a safely manner. This role also ensures to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies, and parts to accurately repair all equipment.

Requirements

• Manage break downs and maintenance to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards.
• Coordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment's perform as required.
• Review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.
• Execute the planning and execution of the planned maintenance of all outlets equipment to ensure zero downtime of operation.
• Inspect regularly machinery with respect to safety issues inclusive but not restricted to ground and trip hazards, non-functioning lights, broken pieces along with exposed wiring.
• Implement defined and laid down Safety systems and safe practices of work continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
• Identify, plan and implement requisite training to ensure continued development of all team members ensuring that an adequately maintained skills inventory is in place.
• Ensure to keep cleanliness at shop and storage areas as well as well-stocked, organized following Company color coded program.
• Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
• Ensure compliance to organization’s safety and security standards, procedures and policies.
• Execute the planning and execution of the planned maintenance of all outlets equipment to ensure zero downtime of operation.
