The MEP Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, manages, executes, completes and handover multiple MEP projects related to energy efficiency, energy performance contracts and retrofits for large hotel projects, high rise towers, and other commercial facilities.
Requirements
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and deliver maximum value, all while maintaining a safe working environment and high-quality standards.
- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects comply with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings, and BOQ.
- Supervise all MEP subcontractors, coordinating with clients/consultants for material and site installation approvals.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors throughout different phases of the project.
- Track and manage all related bid summaries, RFQs, LPOs, PDCs, L/Cs, and other relevant documents.
- Supervise the construction team during various phases, ensuring any deficiencies are promptly corrected.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors to address concerns and ensure project requirements are met.
