Senior BIM Engineer

Senior BIM Engineer assists the Senior BIM Manager to develop and analyze the virtual construction process to maximize construction efficiency and job cost savings.

Requirements

• Develop schematic and detailed level models
• Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information
• Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors
• Create new library components
• Assist in preparing BIM Guidelines for project specific requirements
• Assist in training of project personnel in the use of BIM tools
• Assist with planning and scheduling
• Understand contractual and legal guidelines
• Derive material quantities
• Assist project team with construction coordination and scheduling
• Print drawing sets for team review
