Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible to assist in determining all commercial legal activities of the Group and to help ensure that they are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and charters of the companies within the Group.

Requirements

• Contribute to the development of PIH’s vision, mission and strategy
• Advise, prepare, draft, review, comment and/or negotiate complex contractual documents
• Participate in the review and negotiation process of various tenders and contracts with clients
• Provide legal advice and opinions on risks and related commercial issues
• Assist in supporting general business law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the Company
• Determine the legal risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations
• Assess the compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure that the awareness of business employees for compliance with relevant laws and regulations is created and maintained in an effective manner
