
Job description
The Senior QA/QC Manager leads the development of strategies and processes for the QA/QC department, implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality services and products, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Prepare and maintain project QA/QC plans, establish quality objectives, build control systems for suppliers and subcontractors, and oversee review of material submittals and method statements.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance and control principles, strong leadership and managerial skills, and proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
