Senior Technical Engineer

The Senior Technical Engineer performs design management of various types of projects, reviews structural design, initiates value engineering exercises, and identifies potential issues/constraints in design and construction. Provides direction to consultants to ensure complete submission of structural deliverables within project schedule. Performs the task of managing the documentation of the structural drawings in coordination with architectural and MEP Works.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in CAD software and other design tools for drafting and creating technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural and engineering principles to effectively coordinate technical aspects of projects and resolve design challenges.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance throughout the design process.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee technical coordination efforts, and align project objectives.
• Problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address technical issues, optimize project outcomes, and contribute to the successful delivery of design projects.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
