Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor manages civil construction of projects, handling planning, design, estimation, and quality standards. They supervise construction teams, ensure site safety, and analyze blueprints to meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Requirements

• Inspect construction sites to identify safety hazards
• Supervise and instruct construction teams and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance
• Evaluate performance and take disciplinary measures
• Analyze blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
• Support HSE initiatives and participate in safety awareness activities
• Proficient in project management concepts, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Strong technical skills in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
