Generator Technician (Level 1)

We are seeking a Generator Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair generators ranging from 5kw to 4000kw, while providing best-in-class service to customers. The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in diesel generators and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience in mechanical and electrical fields, particularly with diesel generators
• Technical schooling, automotive or transportation fields, commercial, residential electric and or like military experience a plus
• Willingness to learn and use new technologies
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment, forklifts, and mobile cranes according to OSHA regulations
• Certified Journeyman Electrician a plus but not required
