Requirements
- Experience in providing a high level of customer service
- Experience with software development
- 1-3 years of experience in a web based, Windows environment background
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills
- Ability to identify and resolve questions independently
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow through to completion of any problem
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints
