Member Services Associate

The Member Services Associate provides the highest level of customer service to members, guests, and prospects of the facility, handling membership information, enrollment procedures, customer satisfaction, and membership recruitment and retention.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training
• 2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills
• CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire
