Reformer Pilates Instructor

We are seeking a Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at Mount Carmel Fitness Center. The ideal candidate will have a current certification for both mat Pilates and reformer Pilates instruction, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with members in a positive and service-based manner.

Requirements

• Teach reformer Pilates classes as scheduled
• Maintain industry certification in good standing
• Report any equipment needs or broken equipment needing repair
• Record participation numbers after every class
• Provide a fun and engaging experience for participants
• Work towards meeting departmental and organizational goals
• Demonstrate accountability to schedule
