• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, and experience with blockchain/web3 and/or financial services
• Deep understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services, and growth marketing
• Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive GTM execution with internal and external teams
