Job Description
Aster is a leading decentralized exchange (DEX) for crypto derivatives, offering order book and perpetual trading platforms on major blockchains. They focus on LP yields, leverage, and market efficiency. This role focuses on developing and optimizing derivatives products, trading features, and risk management tools.
Requirements
- Design and optimize derivatives products (e.g. perpetuals, options).
- Build trading features (grid trading, block trades, bots).
- Integrate margin and risk models.
- Define and manage trading parameters.
- Implement monitoring and stress-testing tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication & collaboration skills.
