Job Description
Care Partner/CNA responsible for assisting Elders with personal care functions, documenting observed data, and participating in Team meetings. Requires a CNA certification, previous experience in geriatrics, and the ability to lift 50 lbs or more. Must have compassion, patience, and understanding in dealing with Elders, families, and visitors.
Requirements
- Attend all required Green House Education
- Graduate of an approved CNA program and holds a current Louisiana State CNA certification
- Previous experience in geriatrics and/or long-term care preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple directions
- Must have physical strength required to lift 50 lbs. or more
