Job Description
PPDG is a government contractor providing full-time hours and benefits to work within DoD medical sites. Pharmacy Technician duties include performing a full range of pharmacy procedures, filling prescriptions, and providing information consultation. The HCW shall possess a working knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
Requirements
- Certificate/Graduate from a formal pharmacy technician program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP)
- Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
- One year of experience as a pharmacy technician after graduation
