Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide referral-based and direct access physical therapy services, including modalities such as electrical stimulation, iontophoresis, and ultrasound.
Requirements
- Doctorate OR Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Trigger Point Dry Needling certification (preferred)
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years as a Physical Therapist
