Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of the CEOs office, providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and acting as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion
- Assist in special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO
- Support the CEO in managing priorities, tracking progress of key initiatives, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with department heads and provide follow-up on behalf of the CEO
