The company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to modernize their recruiting structures and TA team.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in recruiting with a clear IT focus
- Experience in leading or steering a TA/recruiting team
- Strong operational orientation
- Experience in transformation phases, change situations, or rapidly growing environments
- Interest in employer branding, people analytics, and modern recruiting processes
- High social competence, communicative appearance, and joy in further developing a team
