Sr. Talent Partner (m/w/d) 🇩🇪🇦🇹

We are seeking a Sr. Talent Partner to support leading, fast-growing companies across Europe in achieving their growth objectives. As a Sr. Talent Partner, you will work autonomously and responsibly to achieve recruitment goals, manage stakeholders, and develop recruiting forecasts. You will have experience supporting scaling efforts in tech startups and/or scale-ups, and understand the structure and challenges of tech organizations in different growth phases.

Requirements

• Experience supporting scaling efforts in various tech startups and/or scale-ups
• Understanding the structure and challenges of tech organizations in different growth phases
• Ability to make decisions based on data and facts
• Excellent English skills for internal communication and international clients
• Fluent German skills
