Workforce Planning Lead (m/w/d)

peoplewise supports leading, rapidly growing companies across Europe in the implementation of their growth plans. We are looking for a Workforce Planning Lead to control demand, capacities, and hiring processes in a complex, international setup.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in workforce planning, staffing, recruitment operations or PMO
• In-depth background in the recruiting environment (in-house, RPO, agency or consulting)
• Experience in steering complex or international hiring setups
• Strong understanding of capacity planning and prioritization
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to steer various stakeholders at different levels
• Clear communication and decision-making skills
