Engineering manager - Cash flow

PPRO is seeking an Engineering Manager - Cash Flow to lead the development of the transactional accounting system and build a high-performing team of engineers. The role involves partnering with Product to drive technical strategy, elevating the ledger into the company's financial backbone, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and influence decisions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Humble and inclusive leadership style
• Experience designing and building scalable products using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Experience developing, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team
• Results-oriented, collaborative, and pragmatic approach
• Desire to spend ~50% of time close to the code
• Ability to analyze and articulate trade-offs of technical problems
• Strong experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Working proficiency in English
