Requirements
- Support senior team members in the daily management of payment scheme relationships
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Coordinate team-wide initiatives
- Prepare materials for QBRs
- Assist in preparing CRM reports and dashboards
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance
