Principal Engineer at PPRO to advance the global payments platform by driving technical understanding and architectural innovation across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior engineering role
- Proven track record of driving technical excellence and innovation in a large-scale distributed system
- Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of software development principles and practices
- Experience with Java/Kotlin in the AWS ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
