Job Description
Make a Difference, One Student at a Time. Join our mission-driven team as an Education Champion and become an Elementary Support Tutor, supporting 5th and 6th grade Math and ELA on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, providing small-group and classroom-based instruction aligned with grade-level standards.
Requirements
- Passion for Learning: Dedicated to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
- Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
- Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program) and participate in monthly training.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ready to work alongside teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success.
