Job Description
Practising Law Institute (PLI) is searching for a Salesforce professional to fill the role of Analyst, Salesforce Systems Administration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in translating business requirements and implementing changes within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Administer Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Serve as first-tier support for approximately 250 internal Salesforce users
- Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs
- Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce automations and configurations
- Use CI/CD tools such as Gearset to manage and deploy Salesforce metadata changes across environments
