Director, Contracts and Compliance Management for a nonprofit organization, responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, and supporting regulatory compliance efforts.
Requirements
- JD and active bar membership in at least one NY jurisdiction
- 3â7 years of experience in contract review, commercial transactions, or compliance (law firm and/or in-house)
- Strong interest in using AI and technology to improve workflows and outcomes
