HR Learning & Onboarding intern

Join our creative and international environment, supporting the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of learning and onboarding programs to improve individual, team, organizational performance and motivation.

Requirements

• Assess both team and individual learning needs
• Take care of the global onboarding & mandatory training processes
• Design, implement & deliver learning programs and events
• Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through KPIs
• Work effectively with LMS Digital Platform, data visualization & other digital tools
• Maintain a good relationship with internal clients and external providers
• Conduct research on new learning technologies, content and methodologies
