Job Description
Atlassian (JSM/JIRA/Confluence) Solution Architect with 8-12 years of experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SDLC, and Atlassian tools suite required for PAN India role.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SDLC
- 7 years of experience in Atlassian tools suite
- Good understanding of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SDLC concepts
- Hands on expertise in implementing Atlassian suite of products for enterprises
- Good communication skills
- Atlassian Certification (good to have)
- Demonstrated experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise applications
- Experience in usage of plugins to solve business problems
- Hands experience with usage of plugins like Zephyr, eazyBi, ScriptRunner, Tempo suite, and others
- Good to have experience with Atlassain Analytics
- Hands on with Automation scripting for JSM, JIRA
- Experience in creating and managing complex configuration elements
- Advising on best practices configuration and recommendations
- Experience with migration JIRA/JSM projects from one Atlassian instance to others
- Knowledge in SSL, SSO, and LDAP configuration for Jira cloud
- Knowledge of Groovy and Shell Scripting
- Experience with providing training to end users on Atlassian tools (good to have)
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
