Job Description
5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Succession module in a lead role, with expertise in talent management business processes and ability to elicit and document business requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Succession module
- Associate or Professional certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes
- Knowledgeable of current HR policies and practices and able to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective
- Ability to elicit and document business requirements
- Design, implement, and support solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes
- Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current processes and future state needs
- Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document
- Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes
- Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes
- Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts
- Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation
- Train end-users on specific processes and applications
- Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests
- Transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance & support
- Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features
- Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise
