Job Description
The Scrum Master will guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality product standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in removing impediments, ensuring Scrum values and principles are understood, and facilitating Scrum events.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM) / SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Implementation knowledge of Agile frameworks or methodologies
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Planning and problem-solving with product development, operations, and business teams
