As a Senior UX Designer at Brillio, you will lead advanced UX and product design efforts, refining design systems, improving usability, and ensuring accessibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create compelling visual design concepts, and present design solutions through clear narratives to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: researchers, designers, developers, and PMs.
• Create compelling, user-centered visual design concepts using layout, color, type, and imagery.
• Ensure design alignment with user needs, business goals, and brand standards.
• Build and maintain UI component systems for consistency and scalability.
• Present design solutions through clear, user-focused narratives to stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor junior designers in visual hierarchy, consistency, and prioritization.
• Contribute to studio knowledge-sharing and team development.
• May manage direct reports with responsibilities like goal setting and performance reviews.
