Site Lead

Requirements

• 10+ years in direct management experience, managing teams of 100+ reports
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques
• Experience with full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgement in stressful situations
• Experience handling global projects and deliveries
• Experience in an agile environment
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to rapidly learn and being resilient
• Dedication to building a diverse and inclusive culture within teams
• Program management experience
