Job Description
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in working with localization process optimization and best practices, and will be responsible for aligning customer technology stack to optimize localization process. The role will also involve providing support for sales team, preparing queries and proposals, and leading prospects through a proof of concept.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Clear and efficient oral and written communication in English
- Fluent in Japanese (Native level)
- Experience in working in an SA or Pre-sales role with a B2B SaaS provider
- Experience in working in an international technology business
- Experience in SAAS onboarding is preferable
- Experience in integration projects involving API and connectors
- Hands-on machine translation experience is a plus
- Technical proficiency in content-related solutions and systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
