Video Specialist (Kids)

We are seeking a Video Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded expert in post-production and in the field, able to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video post-production
• Knowledge of codecs, file types, file structures, and post processes
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Ability to film and edit multiple videos and projects under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of AI tools including ElevenLabs, Sora, etc.
• Ability to work directly with creative leads and managers to discuss and implement editorial notes
• Ability to take ownership of work and hand off work to others as needed
• Familiarity with finalizing video content for online distribution & social media
• Ability to pull online source footage for re-cutting
• Willingness to innovate and bring effective solutions to the team
• Ability to shoot on different camera types
• Ability to record quality sound on location
• Strong understanding of outdoor & indoor lighting
• Ability to handle problems on the move and in the streets
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new elements and problems
• Ability to communicate, prioritize, and self-manage
• Traveling may be required on a frequent basis
