Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in Affiliate Marketing, Account Management, or Community Management (iGaming preferred)
• Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and performance tracking
• Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Experience managing Tier 2 & Tier 3 affiliate relationships
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create performance reports and actionable insights
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience moderating online communities (forums, social media, Discord)
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven with strong multitasking skills
