Job Description
The Gaming Integrity Fraud & Risk Department Team Leader is responsible for safeguarding the integrity of ARRISE's operations, managing a team of Risk Analysts, and ensuring operational compliance. The role requires a balance of analytical expertise and strong people management skills to maintain secure gaming environments. The Team Leader oversees daily operations, monitors risk indicators, and fosters a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in risk or fraud-related roles in the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of Live Casino operations and associated risk management practices.
- Proven leadership ability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
