Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable up-to-date knowledge of Serbian labor legislation and HR best practices
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Solid experience with MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and social skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
