IT Specialist

ARRISE is seeking an IT Specialist to join their team. The IT Specialist will leverage their technical background in hardware and software support to manage IT infrastructure and user devices, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience supporting hardware and software for user devices in a technical environment
• Strong proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux systems
• Experience in Active Directory management
• Extensive experience with hardware/software installations, configurations, and issue resolution
• Proven experience with Wi-Fi networks and network management
• Collaborative mindset and excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Fluent English and Spanish skills, both verbal and written
